Travel Purpose: leisure
Negative: Wouldn't recommend it to people who bring suitcases. There's no lift in this building. And I was given a room on the 4th floor with narrow and steep staircases. There were no staff from this hotel when I got there around 7 pm, except the bartender at the ice cream shop, who helped give me the key to the room. I tried to explain my situation and ask for a room on a lower floor so I didn't have to carry my big and heavy suitcase to the 4th floor. However, that didn't work. And carrying a 20kg suitcase up and down 4 floors nearly killed me. The room was tiny. Wouldn't be able to open my suitcase if the room was one inch smaller. They don't provide bottled water in the room. So better to bring your own water so you don't have to climb all the staircases to get some water. My flight arrived quite early in the morning. I tried to contact the hotel and ask for a place to keep my luggage. I sent 3 messages at three different times, but received not a single response. So I wouldn't call the staff helpful.
