Positive: From the moment you drive up to Villa Gloria, you are struck by the beauty of the building and by every little detail that Nabil and his team have so thoughtfully considered. The sense of calm, the light, the surroundings, and the care with which this place has been created all come together effortlessly. It feels as though nothing here is accidental, yet nothing ever feels forced. It is the kind of place where you naturally begin to slow down and simply enjoy the moment. But what truly makes Villa Gloria special is the moment you are welcomed by Nabil and his team. Within no time at all, you feel completely at home. Their hospitality is on another level. Everyone is incredibly kind, warm and genuine, and they go above and beyond to make your stay as wonderful as possible. And then there is Laura. Alongside Nabil, she was such a memorable part of our stay. We absolutely loved her warmth, her humour and the way she managed to put a smile on our faces every single morning. While chef Michele was preparing his special breakfast dishes (sweet and savory treat), Laura made breakfast feel like so much more than just breakfast. It was warm, personal, full of laughter, and something we genuinely looked forward to each morning. In fact, for the rest of our holiday, at every place we stayed, we found ourselves saying: “The breakfast is lovely, but it’s just not as much fun as breakfast at Villa Gloria.” Some places you simply visit, others stay with you long after you have left. Villa Gloria is one of those places.
